The parcel arrived this morning & I am amazed at what you have been able to do with my items, fantastic! Thank you for what you have done & please pass on my further thanks to any of your silversmiths who worked on the items.

The coffee pot in particular has been transformed. In fact it looks so good I have included its associated milk jug in my next batch as this needs to be on the same level. Amazingly I bought the two items separately in different parts of the country, a few moths apart!

I have just unwrapped them all and the candlesticks look superb. I doubt that they have looked that good for 100 years. You have made a great job at straightening the bent sconce. The tray and little pill box, you would think that they were new.
